Here at The Christian Curriculum Connection, we believe in helping you find the books you need and want, so that you can home school for less. We want you to be so delighted with your experience here that you refer all of your home schooling friends to us! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

The Christian Curriculum Connection allows returns on individual items if the following criteria are met:

1. You return the item in the same condition in which it was sent, within 10 days of when it was received.
2. You contact us to let us know you need to return something.

Prior to returning any item(s), you understand that:

• Shipping costs are not refundable!
• You are responsible:
  • to pay for return postage on all returns,
  • to pay for insurance on the package(s), and
  • for sending the package(s) via a traceable mode of shipment.

The Christian Curriculum Connection cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once the item is received back in our store, we will either:

• refund your money in the same form you paid or
• issue you a store-credit, if you prefer.

** NOTE: The Christian Curriculum Connection accepts no returns on in-store purchases!

CD-ROMs, Audio & Video cassettes, DVD, etc., cannot be returned for a refund.

Policy on Store Errors

If you need to make a return due to an error made by The Christian Curriculum Connection -- like our not shipping the right books or the condition of the books not being exactly as we described -- then we will pay for the cost of shipping the returns back to us.

Please bear in mind that we will pay for shipping your returns back to us only if there was an error on our part; you will need to provide documentation to show how you believe the error was on our part.

Restocking Fees

In the past, The Christian Curriculum Connection has never charged restocking fees for returns. We hope that we never get to the point that we have so many returns that we have to start charging one! It's just another way that we're working out our mission of providing "Home School Books For Less" to all of our customers. However, our policy on restocking fees is subject to change.
